Boray Invited to FAW Engineering Technology Department's Advanced Technology Sharing Session, Delving into Cutting-Edge Solutions for New Energy Vehicle Chassis Marriage

Nov24,2025

Recently, the 14th Advanced Technology Information Sharing Session was successfully held by the FAW Engineering Technology Department. Wuhan Boray Mechanical & Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Boray") was invited to attend and delivered a specialized technical report on the "Application Research of New Energy Vehicle Chassis Marriage Technology," engaging in in-depth exchanges with on-site technical experts and key personnel.

During the technical sharing session, the Boray technical team systematically elaborated on the technical background and development trends of chassis marriage for new energy vehicle models. They highlighted the company's highly flexible and intelligent marriage solutions, developed to address the challenges of "oil-to-electric" transitions and mixed-production lines. The presentation detailed Boray's innovative achievements in the following areas:

·        Automatic Body Correction System: Enhanced adaptability to vehicles with different wheelbases through optimized floating unit structures and servo adjustment capabilities.

·        Automatic Chassis Marriage Station: Integrated front/rear suspension automatic alignment, body anti-lift mechanisms, and battery pack integration for high-precision, fully automated marriage processes.

·        Flexible Tightening System: Introduced automatic sleeve switching mechanisms and vision-guided technology in ground-track tower and robotic tightening stations to support precise tightening for multiple vehicle models and bolt specifications.

·        Intelligent Detection and Transfer: Applied 2D/3D vision and AI technology to pre-marriage chassis inspection and optimized automatic transfer mechanisms to improve marriage reliability and production line cycle times.

The report also showcased Boray's mature application and continuous optimization achievements in high-cycle production lines (60-70 JPH) by referencing practical project cases involving domestic and international automakers such as Hongqi, NIO, Tesla, and Lucid. These examples underscored Boray's systematic implementation capabilities in the field of new energy vehicle chassis marriage.

This technical sharing session fully demonstrated Boray's ongoing innovation capabilities in automated marriage technology and further strengthened technical mutual trust with the FAW Engineering Technology Department. Boray remains committed to focusing on smart manufacturing and flexible production line needs, collaborating with industry partners to jointly promote the iteration and development of new energy vehicle assembly technology.
